Status of these terms and conditions updates

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy, will form a legally binding agreement between you and COSAC in relation to your use of the TrustTest website. By using the TrustTest website, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use the TrustTest website.

This version of the TrustTest Terms and Conditions supersedes all prior, written or oral understandings or agreements and applies to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions that you may seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by law, trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. COSAC assumes no responsibility for the content of websites linked on the TrustTest site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by COSAC of those linked websites. COSAC will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Viruses

COSAC does not guarantee that the TrustTest website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the TrustTest website. You should use your own virus protection software.

Governing law and jurisdiction
